To put simply- we can deliver your materials- everywhere inside of London M25 and up to few miles outside of it. 

Upon checkout process- when you input your delivery postcode- system will automatically accept it or refuse if is outside of our delivery areas. 

Delivery cost flat fee of £30 - added for every order value and its not limited by weight or distance. 

Our own and our delivery partners lorries got daily capacity limites- which often runouts quickly. That is why you can usually find date for your delivery couple of days in advance- especially in the high season for construction- that is from April until October.

We are wholesale supplier and coordinate weekly advance stock needs with suppliers and partners merchants, for example your delivery will be often made directly from manufacturer ( large quantity of timber, plasterboard's etc) and that needs to be planned in advance. 

We cannot yet offer next day or same day delivery, but working towards intriducting them from autumm 2026.

At the checkout stage- system will offer you the nearest available day for your delivery, or you can choose later date for up to a month in advance, 

That chosen delivery date is than guaranteed for you and will arrive on that given date between 8am - 5pm. Monday to Friday. 

We cannot give you exact time slot but will text you 1 hour before arriving or you can always call us on 020 81782555 and we will aim to update you more accurately about timing. 

We offer kerbside delivery. For larger items, including pallet deliveries- goods will be unloaded at the nearest reasonable access point o the kerb outside property. This is due to insurance and safely regulations that prevent lorries from entering private land. 

You must inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as red routes or narrow roads. Failure to do so may result in the haulier sending too large vehicle, including articulated lorries .

Customer must also ensure that there is sufficient workers and equipment ( such as forklift if necessary) available to help offload and move good from the kerb into property, building site. Some large or heavy items - sheet materials, timber, blocks etc- may require at least two people. 

If delivery fails due to the lack of assistance at the time of delivery or no one being present to receive delivery- we will charge additional £ 30 for re delivery in advance to at least partially reimburse our additional costs.
