To put simply- we can deliver your materials- everywhere inside of London M25 and up to 50 miles outside of it.
Upon checkout process- when you input your delivery postcode- system will automatically accept it or refuse if is outside of our delivery areas.
Delivery is free, but minimum order value must be £ 500 or above.
Delivery date is available to choose from at the online checkout and that is guaranteed to be on that day between 8 am-5 pm slot.
You can choose delivery date from earliest 5 to 10 working days or later up to 60 days in advance.
We do not offer next day deliveries or any quicker delivery day than from 5 to 10 working days- that is due to high operational demand and the fact that we are wholesale distributor- planning procurement often much in advance based on specific demands and operational requirements- materials delivered often directly from manufacturer.
We cannot give you exact time slot but will text you 1 hour before arriving or you can always call us on 020 81782555 and we will aim to update you more accurately about timing.
We offer kerbside delivery. For larger items, including pallet deliveries- goods will be unloaded at the nearest reasonable access point o the kerb outside property. This is due to insurance and safely regulations that prevent lorries from entering private land.
You must inform us in advance of any access restrictions, such as red routes or narrow roads. Failure to do so may result in the haulier sending too large vehicle, including articulated lorries .
Customer must also ensure that there is sufficient workers and equipment ( such as forklift if necessary) available to help offload and move good from the kerb into property, building site. Some large or heavy items - sheet materials, timber, blocks etc- may require at least two people.
If delivery fails due to the lack of assistance at the time of delivery or no one being present to receive delivery- we will charge additional £ 60 for re delivery in advance to at least partially reimburse our additional costs.
