As per Customer Return Rights Law ( distance selling regulations). We can accept return of single item or even whole delivery within 14 days from delivery completed date. Which means that customer have 14 days after receiving delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, delivered items must be in the same condition as received, unworn- unused and in its original packaging.

Certain types of items cannot be returned however- like perishable good ( multi finish plaster, cement etc) or custom products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch- if you have questions or concerns about specific item. 

As per nature of building products- for example: significant weight -requiring specialist lorries. Unlike some other light, much smaller items you are buying from Amazon, E bay etc- which are easy to be returned. We are charging re stocking fee of £ 60- that is fair and simple flat charge from single product withing delivery or whole delivery returned- you will never pay more than £ 60 . This contribute to our great cost of re sending lorry to pick up your goods and than time effort to re stock those items- preparing it to be re saleable again. 

We will notify you- once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved- you will than automatically received refund on your original payment method within 5 working days, but please remember that it can some times take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect thar refund amount on your account.
